      The most usefull extensions for the UI are, IMHO, Frippery Move Clock / Maximus / Window Buttons / shellshape / status only icon / Status Area Horizontal Spacing / Remove Accessibility / ... see http://postblue.info/liste-extensions-gnome-shell/ (links are multilingual).
