@douglasawh I would opt for the “F” to be Forum and yes that is cause I am organizing for the world social forum, but I am not a fan of the term federation in the context movements and I know NEF is not a movement per se but i like forum better…as for the “E” empowerment is good I think… education is too but can get misleading in ways…i mean education is a relative term and could require defining on the site
